West Sacramento. Income restrictions must adhere to California Debt
Limit Allocation Committee guidelines..
To help in the rental application process, applicants should be prepared
to bring in all proof of income including 3 consecutive months of pay stubs
if employed. If applicant is on SSA or SSI they should bring a current letter
of benefits obtainable from their local Social Security office. Proof of all
current Checking, Savings or other bank accounts should be brought to
the interview.
All applicants 18 years of age and older that are interested in this
apartment rental property will be required to sign the application and pay a
non-refundable $25 credit and background check fee. Please bring a
current State approved ID and SS Card to the interview.
All applicants will be required to provide a minimum of two years rental
history.
A minimum of a 6 month apartment lease is required of all new
applicants.
